Books 2010: context

Books 2010: 60-61

60. Patricia Briggs, Bone Crossed

Entertaining, light, fluffy, and creepy only around the edges. Just about right for my brain on cough medicine.

non-fiction

61. Helen King, Greek and Roman Medicine, Duckworth Publishing, 2001.

Duckworth does the 'Classical World' series, which comprise very short (~100 pages) books with a brief overview of the titular topic. This is one of them, and quite a useful short book it is, too. Good for context.

Still sick. But still trying to work, which is, I suppose, a triumph of work ethic over good sense.
