Hey, I committed social life today!
Well, if climbing for an hour and then hiking over town looking for an open tea shop counts as social life. (The two of us found one. But there was walking up hills involved.)
Tomorrow, the plan is to visit a tea shop and actually buy a non-giant-sized teapot. And a tea-strainer: it's hard to make tea in any civilised fashion without one, not so?
And then return to reading about leprosy and tuberculosis and purulent infections in the ancient world. I have such an interesting life, sometimes, really. Diseases are fascinating.
