Sartre is bloody depressing. Doesn't help that I have a personal disagreement going on with his philosophy, but all these lecturers seem to think depressing is good! This is why I hate literature: fiction is supposed to be entertainment, not theo-philosophical proselytising. If you can tell it's proselytising, it's not working as entertainment.

Now I'm proselytising. Oh well...
