You would, of course, be welcome. Barbs and I have sons your age who climb really hard :-). They're always happy to take anyone climbing. I tend to do longer, easier routes these days. But those are great for the sheer variability of natural rock. Of course the difficult part is guessing where that wood-neck might be (other than fairly cool/temperate) either in SA/OZ/NZ. Ireland is too wet and too crowded ;-)
