Cool! I read the first Kushiel novel and then never felt any compulsion to pick up the rest, despite enjoying Carey's previous nonfiction book on angels very much; then rushthatspeaks read Santa Olivia and recommended it highly. I'm glad to know that branching out from Terre d'Ange is continuing to work for her.
