9 minute mile. 15 minutes on the treadmill, for 1.45 miles. Had my weights programme adjusted, so hopefully I'll be able to improve upper body strength more rapidly.
It's odd. I am so very much fitter than I was even three months ago, and yet, the fitter I become, the less comfortable I feel in my own skin. I'm frequently itchy of late, with too much energy and no appropriate use to put it to.
Or possibly that's the caffeine. I should maybe cut it and chocolate out of my diet, because they both make me twitchy, headachey, and slow.

In other news, I appear to have developed a severe and unfortunate aversion to libraries. I hate this warm weather: rain and coolness makes studying so much simpler a proposition. I may hermitise until Thursday and try studying at home: I think my inner introvert has been overstimulated recently.
And my elbows could probably use a break from climbing, too.
I think now the climbing club's gone on hiatus for the summer, I'll focus on the bouldering wall. For one thing, it means less crap to haul in to town with me, since I don't need the harness for that. For another, it's all overhang, which is a)scary, b)really hard, and c)very fun.
'Course, I'll have to be careful not to break something getting down.

Crap, I'm tired. I should probably think about going to bed sometime before midnight, since the last three nights have been three hours after. Foreign timezones are inconvenient things, when one is having a conversation.
