Mile in under 9 minutes. 1.5 miles in under 15 minutes.
My legitimate triumph at this is somewhat spoiled by the fact that I aspirated water when I came off the treadmill, and having been coughing like hell on-and-off ever since.
I performed legitimately study-ish activities today. Must do more tomorrow. Excuse me while I crawl off into a corner and try not to panic that my exams start in four days.
