Wiped out in the gym today. Possibly this is because I started out with an 8-minute, 6mph run, then did weights, then went back to try for an 11-minute, 5.5mph run. And... couldn't keep up for more than three.

Possibly it's because I'm spazzing about assignment and exams. (Can't help it today: I have clutchy feeling in my chest.) The former is about a quarter done, now: the latter loom in a most intimidating fashion.

Onwards, then.
