So, gym at eight a.m. this morning. Ouch. 4 mins at 6.5mph, and 2 mins at 7mph, cooldown, break for basic weights, and then 5 mins at 5.5mph, cooldown and stretches. Which altogether...
Doesn't suck incredibly, considering I'm coming off three weeks of letting the muscles go to waste. Again. (Really need to stop doing that.)
But it still sucks. I need to get up to 15 mins at 6.5 mph, at least. To start with.
So tomorrow, I hit the treadmill before climbing, and leave myself enough time for 20 mins of sweat.
(Wednesday we gym again, Thursday's a damned appointment, Friday gym and maybe climb, Saturday downtime, Sunday karate, and see if we can keep this going until the exams, hey?)

Fair warning. This journal's probably going to be a combination of fitness pondering and essay meandering/exam prep for the foreseeable future. So, you know.
