in the darkest depths of Mordor
Apr. 2nd, 2008 05:51 pmGym at 0745 this morning. Verdict: ouch.
But my wind improves, and my stamina improves, and a nice friendly bloke pointed out I was doing one set of weightwork dangerously wrong and corrected me so I won't ruin my knees. So all in all, a net good.
But god, am I tired now. I took off home as soon as lectures ended, and now I'm wondering if I've sufficient go to hack out a few hundred words of essay, or if this whole-body ache means I should take it easy, watch a DVD, and head early to bed, rather than giving myself more achey tension by hunching and typing.
Decisions, decisions. Dinner first, though, because I am ravenous.
