This is essentially a cheat-sheet to Greek mythology. A short précis of the genealogies of the gods and heroes, and their deeds down to the Trojan War. It's short, entertaining, and full of everything you never knew about the deeds of Hellenic yore.

I enjoyed it, which made it much less of a research slog.

I really wish

...that I hadn't let the cold put me off my exercise.

I'm tired, and at the stage in the year where everything is harder than it ought to be. And I would like to stop flinching every time I hear the word "Christmas" because much as I wish I could have a nice, convivial day on December 25, past experience inclines me to expect that I'd be better off hiding out with a pizza.

And I don't even want to think about the Budget. This household will be poorer by over a thousand euro next year, and since we're already scraping, that's not going to have very pleasant consequences. At least we're fortunate enough that it won't leave us hungry.

But, damnit.

Okay. Time to get up off my arse and go to class.
