State of the state

Having a period is deeply awkward and tiring. I suspect I'm as tired as I am because of stress and stuff, as much as blood, but it's deeply annoying. Family strife around my grandmother's diagnosis is exhausting.

Apart from exhaustion, today, things go reasonably well. I had something interesting to say but I've forgotten what.
