Couldn't run today. Flat couldn't, since I felt nauseous even trying.

11km in 29:30, exercise bike. Benchpress, 4x5 @40kg. Deadlift, 3x8 @40kg. Assisted pull-up (35kg assist): 2x5, 1x4. Chest fly, 3x10 @5kg/arm. Shoulder fly, 3x10 @5kg/arm. Military press, 3x10 @5kg/arm. Salute to the sun, bridge pose, raised plank.

Mass: 105.9kg.
