Chest fly: 3x10 @5kg/arm. Military press, likewise. Shoulder fly, likewise. Bicep curl: 3x10 @9kg/arm. Raised plank: 2x 00:15. Bridge pose: 2x 00:20. One salute to the sun.

Mass: 106.2kg.

Also under exercise: hauling 20kg worth of shopping up the road from the shops.
