So it turns out that after benchpressing four sets of five reps at 60kg, I can go for a set of four at 65kg. I managed to vaguely impress one of the nice instructor-women.

Even on my period. Go me?

Benchpress: 4x5 @60kg, 1x4 @65kg.
Assisted pull-up: 4x6 @30kg assist.
Exercise bike: 13.5km in 34:50.
Military press: 3x10 @5kg/arm.
Chest fly: likewise.
Shoulder fly: likewise.
Balance trainer thingy: 60-count.
Modified salute to the sun.
Stretches.

Mass: 107.6-107.8kg.
