Benchpress: 1x5 @65kg, 4x5 @70kg, 1x5 @60kg
Squats: 5x5 @110kg
Lat raise: 3x10 @8kg/arm
Bicep curl: 3x10 @8kg/arm
Incline situps: 1x10, 1x10, 2x5
