Erm. Well, you've convinced me that you know what you're talking about, which is an extremely useful skill out in the Real World (tm), and that hellenization continues to this day. Also, you've reminded me of the Greek fries that I cannot eat, no matter how delicious they smell. Just say no to hellenized potatoes!
