Leg lifts: 4x12
Lat raise: 3x10 at 8kg/arm
Overhead press: 2x5 at 20kg
Attempted pullups: 4x3 (still not one full one)
Attempted chinups: 1x3
Incline situps with 15kg weight: 1x8
Incline situps with 2.5kg weight: 1x10

Bike machine: 10km in 24:45 (because I'm pretty awesome.)*

*My girlfriend says so, so it must be true.
