First day back in the gym after six weeks off. Ouch. But not too poor a showing for so long sick, and off, and not building my stamina.

Cycling: 10km in 23:45.
Benchpress: 1x10 at 50kg, 5x5 at 60kg
Leglifts: 3x10
Attempted pullups: 3x3
Weigh-in: 108kg


Going again tomorrow, so I didn't push it.
