A Companion to Wolves arrived from Amazon yesterday, right?
Today, I have an email from the bookshop, saying they have it for me, too.
...Of course I'm going to buy it. Stock it up for someone's December present: maybe if I can get other people addicted to the imports, I won't have to keep making special orders.
I have a caffeine hangover. Teach me to drink 1.5l of coca-cola in one night.
But the poetry was cool, even though I think perhaps 20-something young male black-clad poets should be warned away from writing poems about breasts/blood/death/killing/ennui on pain of execution on grounds of perpetuating a stereotype. Also, being boringly self-absorbed.
