Mile in 9.5 mins today (and Friday, but Friday was a social day, so there was no blogging it). 25 minutes on the treadmill, for a total of just under 2 miles. Also weights.

No karate yesterday. I was muchly tired from being social.

Today: Last essay done. Some very helpful feedback on my (half-undone) Schols papers from my lecturer.

Very shortly I sleep. Possibly it is the interacting with people, but lately I have been getting quite, quite tired.

Shadow Unit continues most excellent.
