Results and climbing

My results came out today. I have a II.1 in Ancient History and Archaeology, and a I in Biblical and Theological Studies for my SF year.

Same as last year: I'm consistent, at least.

There were actually people at the climbing wall - I should go in the evening more often - so I got a couple of belays. Sent one route, failed two, and messed about with the bouldering wall.

Fun. C. said she'll let me know the next time a group of them are heading out to Dalkey quarry, so I might actually get some outdoor climbing down.

:-) Good one! I gather Irish standards are more consistant with ours than UK?ie- 2% may get firsts, the top 10% upper seconds? (UK 2/3 get first or upper seconds?)

I don't actually know the percentages, to be honest. And I don't think Trinity even uses the same system as other Irish university, though I'd have to check that.
