Benchpress: 2x5 @65kg, 2x5@60kg, 2x50 @50kg.

3x5 faily attempts at pull-up.

Weigh-in: 108.5kg.




Sigh. Lost so much strength. Time to make a serious attempt at scheduling myself back into several exercise slots a week.
