Squats: 3x10 @75kg
Overhead push: 4x5 @25kg
Lat raise: 3x10 @6kg/arm
Bicep curl: 3x15 @6kg/arm
Attempted pull-ups: 3x5, rather pathetic.
That was about 30 minutes actual gym-time. Rather less than yesterday's 2+ hours.
