I have problems, I am realising, writing scenes in which more than two people are present. This is probably not good. Also, Darric is being a very unhelpful character today and not letting me inside his head (it doesn't help that I half-think this scene should be from Tamar's POV. In fact, it probably should. But I'm off to write the next scene, which is definitely Tam's POV).
Oh, fear. Oh, danger. Oh, unpleasant duties. How helpful you are when it comes to finding out who these people are and what they do to get what they want (which must, forever, be held beyond their reach)
Alright, Tam. You've just fled the room. What next?
