hawkwing_lbMy native soil welcomes me home with copious amounts of rain. Typical.
The cats are rather more affectionate than I expected. Vlad greeted me with loud purring and headbutting and sat on me all night, with intervals of head-licking. The Visitor, who has in my absence become a permanent resident, also met me with much, although more muted, affection.
Also, I am back among my books. This is a great relief. And I have new books, too!
