My supervisor got me to do a dry run of my paper and PP this afternoon. My supervisor is a kind and generous supervisor, and this is why I bring her coffee.
Gym. Treadmill, 2 miles in 23:30. Benchpress, 1x5 @25kg+bar, 5x5 @20kg+bar. Deadlift, 3x6 @20kg+bar. Shoulder fly, 3x10 @4kg/arm. Chest fly, 3x10 @4kg/arm. Bicep curl, 3x10 @6kg/arm. Back extension, 3x10. Shoulder press, 2x6, 4kg/arm. Exercise bike, 5K in 14:00.
Mass: 106.9kg. I grow. VASTER AND VASTER.
