I've never been before and I'd likely not be going if I hadn't been invited, because OH MY THESIS GOD and also WHERE HAS MY MONEY GONE? - but! I am going, barring disaster.

Cool! I don't know the convention at all, but that looks fun.

I do not know the convention either. I'm not much of a goer-to-things. So this should be interesting/terrifying/new (delete as appropriate).
