Terrible cardio session on the bike today: rather humiliating. Probably because I did it after squats, not before.
Rowing: 2K in 10:42.
Benchpress: 3x3 @70kg, 1x6 @65kg, 1x2 @65kg. Pretty sure my form was terrible, but I PRESSED IT, okay.
Squats: 1x10 @20kg, 3x10 @30kg.
Military press: 3x10 @4kg/arm
Lateral raise: 3x10 @6kg/arm
And some messing around with calisthenics.
