Squats: 1x10 @65kg, 1x10 @67.5kg, 1x10 @70kg, 1x5 @60kg.
Military press: 3x10 @7kg/arm.
Lat raise: 3x10 @7kg/arm.
Bicep curl: 3x12 @7kg/arm.

Some messing around with other weights and exercises.

Rowing machine: 1.5km in 8:00.
Cycling machine: 5km in 14:37.
