and I'm sitting here, 700 words written, trying in vain to construct a sentence that doesn't feel as though it's wading through porridge.
My brain feels as though it's wading through porridge. No, sinking. In horrible, gloopy, overcooked porridge, to boot.
Yck.
And why, whywhywhy oh aggravating why, do I always get ideas when I have something else that absolutely must be done?
Eh. I have to go for the 0650 train again tomorrow. I'm to bed, unfinished essay or no.
